Article 1 - Object

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company DIAMOND YUE and its customer in connection with the sale of the goods offered on its online sales site. Any order placed with the company DIAMOND YUEtherefore implies the purchaser's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 2 - Price

 

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated excluding taxes. Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate and transport costs applicable on the day of the order. The price displayed on the item page does not include delivery charges.

The DIAMOND YUE company grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

 

In the event of an order to a foreign country (other than metropolitan France), the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and taxes must be paid by the customer and are their sole responsibility.

 

The products remain the property of DIAMOND YUE until full payment of the price.

Article 3. Terms of Payment

​

The payment of orders is made by credit card or by any other payment system offered at the time of online payment.

When registering the order, the buyer must pay the total amount of the invoice according to the means chosen when ordering. The sending of the goods or the delivery will only take place from thefull payment of the price.

Article 4. Order

​

DIAMOND YUE reserves the right not to record a payment, and/or not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever (in particular due to lack of stock). The fact of putting a product in the basket does not ensure any reservation on this product as long as the payment of this product has not been made.

Any order placed assumes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without exception or reservation.

Article 5. Delivery

​

The sending of the products is done via La Poste, by letter followed. The package is therefore delivered directly to the customer's home.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the number of items ordered. The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering, within a maximum period of 10 working days. However, this period may vary on special occasions (holidays, etc.).

In the event of late delivery by the carrier, the customer cannot claim compensation from DIAMOND YUE. The following delivery costs and times are given as an indication:

- Fees: from1.63€. Delivery: approximately 3 working daysfor a delivery in France.

- Fees: from €4.50. Delivery: approximately 8 working days for international delivery.

The tracking may not update directly after the package is sent, it takes time for it to update.

​

In the event of an anomaly noted upon receipt (package in poor condition, open, not received, empty, etc.), the customer must file a complaint with the carrier and inform us. DIAMOND YUE will not be held responsible for any delivery problems. DIAMOND YUE will also not be held responsible for a wrong indication of address by the customer when ordering, he can however inform us of a modification by email to diamondyue.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours following the order.

If the package comes back to us for any reason, we will ship it back to you at your expense.

Article 6. Liability

​

DIAMOND YUE is held responsible in the event of receipt of a damaged product, in this case please send us an email to diamondyue.contact@gmail.com detailed with photo as proof within 3 days of receipt of the package (we start the period from the delivery date indicated on the tracking). Finally, we exchange youor fixIitem (if it is broken you will get a full refund) and we pay for the return of the damaged item. This exchange or refund from us will be made upon receipt of your return.

DIAMOND YUE is also responsible in the event that a product ordered is missing from the package, in which case we will send you the missing item as soon as possible and at our expense.

DIAMOND YUE cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Article 7. Reimbursement

 

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify grounds or to pay a penalty.

The costs of returning the product concerned are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns must be made in their original condition, unused and complete no later than 14 days following the communication of their decision to withdraw. In this context, the responsibility of the customer is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to create a failure of the right of withdrawal. The product will be accompanied by a copy of its purchase invoice.

 

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must express his unequivocal desire to withdraw by sending an email to the following address:diamondyue.contact@gmail.com

When the right of withdrawal is exercised and subject to the compliant return of the product, DIAMOND YUE will refund as soon as possible and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
